Description of problem: When I get an error from PolicyGenerator because of a mismatched wave annotation, I would like to see, in the error message, what wave numbers are in conflict (as a hint to how I can fix the problem) How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add a mismatched wave number to a policy 2. Run policygenerator 3. Read the error message Actual results: 2022/01/05 16:19:54 Could not build the entire policy defined by /tmp/kust-plugin-config-243619969: ran.openshift.io/ztp-deploy-wave annotation in Resource PaoSubscriptionCatalogSource.yaml doesn't match with Policy common-cnfdf03-subscriptions-policy Expected results: Some mention of what the wave number is in the policy under consideration and what the wave number is of the source file that doesn't match. For example: 2022/01/05 16:19:54 Could not build the entire policy defined by /tmp/kust-plugin-config-243619969: ran.openshift.io/ztp-deploy-wave annotation in Resource PaoSubscriptionCatalogSource.yaml (wave: 1) doesn't match with Policy common-cnfdf03-subscriptions-policy (wave: 2)
